The entrance grip feels uncannily close to the real thing, and the internal ridges keep the sensation interesting from start to finish. I've gotten a lot of use out of mine already, and the material holds up well with a simple rinse after each session.

The anatomy really does feel replicated—the entry and inner texture are spot-on for what it's modeled after. I've had it for a couple weeks and it's held up nicely with just soap and water. Definitely a step up from my old sleeve.
