Bought this for the lifelike anatomy claim and honestly the detail is spot on—the entry feels realistic and the canal has just enough variation to keep things interesting. Cleanup takes a bit of patience but that’s expected with anything this textured. Definitely my go-to now over my older sleeve.

The texture inside really does mimic the lifelike feel from the promo, and the material has held up well after a dozen uses with just warm water and cleaner. Only knocked off a star because the case can be a bit tricky to snap shut one-handed when you're in a hurry.
